The contrasting grit and glamour of our world is a fascinating topic that I am consistently drawn to within my practice. I am attracted to the stories that are told through the old and new fabric of the world. I weave into my work on urban and natural landscapes the people who are its inhabitants, and whose lives are shaped in part by their environment. Through my practice I aim to portray real life debates that question our present and future world. Photography, installation, and video are among the media that I use. The camera is my most used tool, which helps me find tranquillity whilst roaming around London, my home city, and other spaces that I visit. Yet I am not always satisfied with just the image. I feel the need to experiment, and too push boundaries.
